In the unlikely event that you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase from Little Lily & Co, you can simply return it to us within 14 days of despatch. Items received after this time cannot be accepted and will be returned to the customer.
Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to arrange a return; we will need to know your order number and reason for return. We will then issue you with a returns number which will need to be added to your returns form included in your original delivery.

Please allow 10 working days from when the product has been received by us to process a refund. The time frame is dictated by your bank or card issuer and is outside of our control. Your refund will be credited to the same account or card with which you made your original purchase. If there is a problem with issuing a refund to your account or card, our customer service team will contact you.
We ask that customers ensure that returned items must be in brand new condition with no sign of wear or tear with all original packaging and garment tags still attached. Please ensure that you follow the below guidelines for items;
Shoes: Please ensure that shoes are tried on indoors and must not show any signs of wear, they must also be returned in their original box as this is part of the product.
Swimwear/Underwear: For hygiene reasons please ensure that underwear is worn when trying on items of swimwear.
With all clothing and footwear please ensure your purchase does not come into contact with anything that may mark or damage it, such as food, drink or cigarettes.
We are unable to refund goods that we cannot re-sell.
This policy only applies to full price items, sale items can’t not be returned.
You will be responsible for the item until it reaches us, and we suggest you use a secure delivery method (which requires a signature upon delivery). The cost of returning any item is your responsibility. You will be refunded the full value of the item, less delivery charge.
It is the customer's responsibility to check their order on receipt of delivery, and advise of any missing items/issues within 7 days of receiving their order.
What should I do if my item is faulty/arrived incorrect?
If you believe your item to be faulty, or you have received the incorrect item please contact us on email@example.com or call 01492 544972 and one of our team will advise you on the next steps to take. Please note any faulty items must be sent back to the supplier, this process can take up to 4 weeks. All items returned as faulty will be inspected and any items deemed subject to wear and tear will not be accepted. If the item(s) is deemed as faulty, item(s) will firstly, where possible, be repaired or replaced for the same product, in the same size and colour, subject to availability. If the item(s) cannot be repaired or replaced then a full refund will be issued.
