Returns & Exchanges

Little Lily & Co source high-quality products carefully selected with our customers in mind, we understand sometimes the fit might not be right and  If there is anything that you're not happy about then our customer service team will always be able to help resolve your issue.

If you would like to return or exchange your item/s, you must keep your items in their original packaging as you make your mind up to prevent any accidental damage as we are unable to accept these for return and these will either be returned to you or the damage will be deducted from your refund. Provided they re returned within 14 days of the original query and packaging. 

We do not accept returns on gift cards, swimwear, socks and  tights.

Exchanges 

If you would like to exchange your item for a different size, log into your account and request on your item for an exchange.  Alternatively  please get in-touch by using our Live Chat or send an email to hello@little-lilys.co.uk  to discuss exchanging your item and provide details of your order name and number with the item you wish to exchange for. 

Please note return postage is at your own cost, please ensure to use a tracked service as we don't take responsibility for lost parcels and are not liable for the costs of lost items. Once we receive your item we will then dispatch your item new item to you.  

Returns 

In the unlikely event that you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase from Little Lily & Co, you can simply return it to us within 14 days of delivery.

Items received after this time cannot be accepted and will be returned to the customer.

Log into your account and request a return, once the return for the product has been confirmed only then post the item to us using our returns address and ensure a tracked service is used. 

Alternatively, email us at hello@little-lilys.co.uk to arrange a return; we will need to know your order number and reason for return. We will then issue you with a returns number which will need to be added to your returns form included in your original delivery.

Please allow 10 working days from when the product has been received by us to process a refund. The time frame is dictated by your bank or card issuer and is outside of our control. Your refund will be credited to the same account or card with which you made your original purchase. If there is a problem with issuing a refund to your account or card, our customer service team will contact you.

We ask that customers ensure that returned items must be in brand new condition with no sign of wear or tear with all original packaging and garment tags still attached. Please ensure that you follow the below guidelines for items;

Shoes: Please ensure that shoes are tried on indoors and must not show any signs of wear, they must also be returned in their original box as this is part of the product.

Swimwear/Underwear: For hygiene reasons please ensure that underwear is worn when trying on items of swimwear.

With all clothing and footwear please ensure your purchase does not come into contact with anything that may mark or damage it, such as food, drink or cigarettes.

We are unable to refund goods that we cannot re-sell.

This policy only applies to full price items, sale items can’t not be returned.

You will be responsible for the item until it reaches us, and we suggest you use a secure delivery method (which requires a signature upon delivery). The cost of returning any item is your responsibility. You will be refunded the full value of the item, less delivery charge.
